Tuwaiq Academy announced, during the main stage activities at Black Hat 2025, the launch of the region’s first-ever Kaspersky Academy, hosted within Tuwaiq Academy. The initiative aims to empower local talent and national competencies through specialized bootcamps and high-quality programs based on a hands-on learning methodology in the field of cybersecurity.
The academy was officially launched by Mohammed Hashem, General Manager for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain at Kaspersky, who stated: “We are proud to partner with Tuwaiq Academy to help advance cybersecurity education and talent development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The academy will offer intensive technical bootcamps with globally recognized professional certifications delivered through a practical, application-based approach. It will also provide a number of additional technical and enrichment programs designed to build skills and nurture talent across various advanced technology and cybersecurity fields.
